The RTMS-WATER is a quick-deployment, low cost, wide area
traffic measurement and reporting system.
The RTMS-based system measures traffic at many
Detection Stations and cost-effectively transmits their data
in realtime to the traffic operations centre (TOC) for analysis,
using a combination of phoneline and radio modems. The system
is scalable by simply adding more detection stations and cluster
controllers.
